Privacy Policy

You can receive a first reading without creating an account or completing a profile.

• A signed cookie set by Neural Tarots keeps the same browser connected to its daily reading allowance and short-lived retry records for up to 90 days. A browser or device identifier alone is not proof that someone owns an account.
• A separate cookie set by Neural Tarots stores only the selected language, English or Russian, for up to one year.
• A question or intention is limited to 1,000 characters. It is processed temporarily for safety and, for a Deep Reading, a more personal interpretation. It does not choose the cards and is not saved in Neural Tarots reading history or retry records.
• A short-lived retry record stores the generated result, never the raw question, so the same request can return the same reading without counting twice.
• Free-reading history is stored only when you explicitly save it. A completed paid Deep Reading is automatically saved to the purchasing account so it can be restored, but its raw question is not saved. Reading history and journal data remain until you delete them.
• For one-off Deep Reading purchases, we keep a limited purchase and reading-use record: the selected product, readings granted, reserved, used or withdrawn, status, payment-provider references, amount, currency, and timestamps. This record never contains the question or reading text.
• If you choose Google sign-in, we process the account identifier, verified email, and name provided by the sign-in flow. Optional profile fields are never required for the first reading.

Every oracle has a complete authored reading that respects each card position. When a personalized interpretation is available, the minimum question context needed may be sent securely from Neural Tarots to the configured provider, currently DeepSeek. Secrets remain on the server, and raw questions or complete model answers are not written to ordinary application logs.

Text that may describe violence, coercion, immediate danger, or self-harm is routed to a contextual safety response instead of an ordinary mystical interpretation. Neural Tarots is not a crisis service.

We use a fixed set of Neural Tarots events stored only as daily aggregate counters. They contain limited values such as oracle, card count, language, general audience and plan categories, selected one-off product, payment or delivery outcome, experience version, and error category. They reject questions, reading text, card meanings, email, browser or device identifiers, payment-provider identifiers, arbitrary URLs, and unknown fields.

Aggregate counters are automatically removed after 13 months. The analytics request sends neither cookies nor referrer data and does not load advertising trackers or session replay.

Payments remain unavailable until the Deep Reading store offers an enabled payment option. When available, Freemius processes payment details. Neural Tarots stores the limited provider references and status records needed to grant readings, restore purchases, handle refunds or disputes, and avoid processing the same signed payment-provider notification twice. Payment and reading-use records may be retained for account integrity, applicable financial obligations, dispute handling, or until account deletion where permitted. We do not store full card details. Records for previously purchased subscriptions remain available only to preserve and manage that access.

Infrastructure and authentication providers may process transient technical data required to deliver the service. We disclose material provider changes before relying on them for new personal-data uses.

Users with a verified session can export and delete their saved readings and journal notes from the profile area, and can review or update optional profile fields. Every read, update, export, or deletion is checked against the verified server session. Account linking transfers only data owned by the verified anonymous session.

The service is intended for adults. Do not submit another person’s private or highly sensitive information without a lawful reason and their appropriate consent.
