Cancellation and Refund Policy

A Deep Reading purchase is a one-time purchase of either one reading or the displayed multi-reading pack. Before payment, the product shows its reading count, total price, currency, and applicable taxes. It does not renew automatically.

A reading is reserved while its personalized result is prepared and is consumed only after successful completion. After a failed generation, the reserved reading is restored automatically. People with a previously purchased subscription may still manage or cancel it through the account controls; no new recurring plan is offered by the Deep Reading store.

When billing is live, use the in-product support channel and identify the purchase without sending full card details. Refund eligibility depends on applicable mandatory law, provider rules, duplicate or unauthorized charges, technical inability to deliver the paid entitlement, and actual use of the service.

Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable consumer rights. We do not promise a refund that applicable law or the payment provider forbids, and we do not require a user to waive a right the law guarantees.

Freemius is the payment provider. Neural Tarots supports a secure payment page, purchase restoration, refunds and disputes, and signed payment-provider notifications that can be processed safely if delivered again. A refund or charge reversal withdraws unused readings from the affected purchase while preserving access to export or delete the user’s own stored data.

If payments are unavailable or the provider setup is incomplete, the product does not substitute a simulated purchase or claim that a purchase succeeded.
